Kelly works on the customer service department of the Taiwan Gadget Co.,
and she has just received a call from John Smith, a customer in Australia. He
hasn't received the right order of artificial Christmas trees, and is quite upset
about it.

Kelly: There must have been a typo when the salesperson
took your order. I will make sure that the trees you want are sent out today.

shipping costs.
